Whitman has three major roads both in and out of town: Route 18, which runs north and south, Route 27, bordering Brockton on the west and Hanson on the east, and Route 14, which connects Whitman with the same two towns (as well as Route 58 which runs through the edge of Whitman and eventually joins Route 18 north of Abington Center).

Washington Street, on which the church is located, is crossed by both Route 27 (in Whitman Center) and Route 14 (it runs together briefly with Washington Street).  The church is closer to Route 27 on Washington Street, but between where these two routes cross it north and south, respectively.  Whitman Center has Duval's Pharmacy, a Baptist church, MaryLou's Coffee Shop and Mutual Federal Savings.

From Boston: take Route 3 south and take the exit for Route 18 south to Whitman.  Make a left on Route 27 to Whitman Center.  At the 4-way stop sign, turn right onto Washington Street to go to the church, one-half block on the left.

From Brockton: Take Route 27 into Whitman Center.  Next, take a right onto Washington Street. (This is between MaryLou's Coffee Shop and the Baptist church.) The First Congregational Church of Whitman, UCC is on the left within one block at 519 Washington Street.

From Bridgewater: Take Route 18 north until you reach Route 27. Take a right onto Route 27 reaching Whitman Center within 1/2 mile.  Once you take Route 27 and reach Whitman center, take a right onto Washington Street. (This is between MaryLou's Coffee Shop and the Baptist church.) The First Congregational Church of Whitman, UCC, is on the left within one block at 519 Washington Street.

From Hanson: Take Route 58 north until you reach South Avenue. Take a left onto South Avenue reaching Whitman Center within 1 1/2 miles.  Once you take South Avenue to Whitman center, take a left onto Washington Street. (This is between MaryLou's Coffee Shop and the Baptist church.) The First Congregational Church of Whitman UCC is on the left within one block at 519 Washington Street.

Parking:  In addition to some parking in a lot on the left side of the church, there is on-street parking, a town parking lot next to the Baptist Church accessible from either Washington Street or Church Street (right behind the church) and parking at the town library lot at 100 Webster Street (please see the map).
